Atos Consulting scoops three awards at the 2013 MCA awards ceremony


Atos Consulting has won three awards at the 2013 Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards Ceremony held in London, including the overall Project of the Year Award for its work with the Hillsborough Independent Panel. Atos won the award for Best Project for Change Management in the Public Sector for its work with NHS Staffordshire Commissioning Support Unit, and it also won the award for Best Project for Social and Environmental Value for its work with the Hillsborough Independent Panel.

Atos Consulting was also shortlisted for its work with London 2012 in the Technology category.

“We are delighted that our work has once again been recognised and rewarded at the leading consulting event in the UK”, said Lee Timmins, Senior Vice President for Atos Consulting. “These awards highlight the range of our expertise and experience in delivering operational and business technology transforming projects that deliver lasting value to our clients.”

Atos Consulting scoops three awards at the MCA annual awards ceremony


Atos Consulting has won three awards at the 2010 annual Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Management Awards Ceremony held in London. For its work with The Global Fund, Atos Consulting won the Best International Project and Best Overall Public Sector Project, while for its work with CLM it won the Best Technology Project.

Atos Consulting wins MCA Award for its work in cutting NHS Waiting Times


Operational Performance and Best Public Sector Awards goes to Atos Consulting. Having redesigned patient treatment ‘pathways’, NHS South Central turned to Atos Consulting for help in putting them into effect. Atos Consulting worked alongside clinicians to change practices among front-line staff. As a result, waiting times have been reduced by an average of 14 weeks – and in some cases, by 25 weeks.

Atos Consulting helped AstraZeneca improve the operational efficiency of its shared service centre by designing and implementing standardised P2P processes across all countries. This has led to an improvement in speed of payments and means that AstraZeneca is very close to achieving its goal of achieving 95% on time payment performance.

MCA Gold Award - Best Innovation Project for Catalysing Access to Information and Communications Technologies (CATIA)


In June 2003, DFID awarded Atos Consulting the contract to manage its CATIA programme, a multi million pound effort designed to help the people of Africa benefit from a range of technologies from the internet to community radio. MCA Gold Award - Best International Project for Balkans Justice programme


In 2002, DFID asked Atos Consulting to implement a major programme in the Balkans to improve the effectiveness of the police, courts, prisons and central government ministries responsible for them. These ranged from projects with a central, strategic focus – such as improving the organisation of courts, prisons and police systems – to projects with a local focus such as introducing a customer service ethos within municipal courts and local police forces.
