Experience

Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the UK health sector. Most recently he has undertaken a number of reviews of key services areas within an acute trust, for example: Plastics, Head & Neck, Breast Prosthetics, IVF, Community Midwifery and NICU/TCW.

Prior to these service reviews worked on an assignment for NHS Connecting for Health where he re-launched Front Line Connect (FLC). As part of his role, he helped design, co-ordinate and deliver a series of national events to NHS front line staff.

Also been actively involved in change management and NHS IT from the beginning in 1986.
