Kath is Head of Defence sector for Atos Consulting. She works at a senior level within both Defence Equipment & Support and with board level executives in Defence Primes. Kath specialises in commercial strategy and policy, organisation design and collaborative partnering programmes.

She has broad Public and Private sector experience – designing and delivering complex commercial change programmes - spanning supply chain and procurement policies, processes and practices.

Experience

• Kath was the Programme Partner and Technical Director responsible for delivery of Defence Logistics Organisation Procurement Reform Programme . This role encompassed the programme design and underpinning strategic approach for Category Management, Supplier Management, Education and the Change Programme. The programme spanned many of the DLO IPTs and as such Kath has a deep insight into the DLO organisation and the emerging DE&S organisation
• She has designed and led over ten large scale procurement transformations in complex and multi national organisations,– spanning organisation design, category management , supplier management and measurement, collaboration, education and cost improvement
