Intially starting in business analysis, through change management, to the implementation of major retail systems and transformational programmes. He has High Street and Airport retailing senior management experience in many aspects of the supply chain. He has a successful track record in the implementation of major business change programmes, both through business process improvements and through the introduction of information technology.
As a Retail IT Consultant and a Programme Manager, he has been responsible for major systems integration programmes, system selection exercises, IT assessments and IT strategy. Other major retail projects have included demand generation, supply chain improvements and a global sourcing implementation.
