Experience

Spent much of his consulting career advising clients from a wide range of industries on strategy, policy and solutions in the procurement domain. Since joining Atos from IBM in the 90s, he has been responsible for some of the largest and most complex procurement transformations in the Public sector. These have included setting up Key Supplier Management at the MOD, leading the Procurement Modernisation programme at DWP, and advising a number of other organisations across Whitehall and NHS on procurement strategy, and the implementation of more advanced procurement capabilities such as commercial intelligence.
