He has led numerous delivery and consultancy assignments for leading European insurers. His work has included change management programmes supporting offshoring, merger integration, cost management, strategic/marketing consultancy focused on customer relationship/value management, IT management programmes designed to improve systems delivery efficiency and IT merger integration.

• Having started his career at Mercantile and General (now Swiss Re.) he later headed up PWCs business consulting division in Switzerland, lead AMSs insurance business in Europe, had global responsibility for the insurance sector at EDS (defining and executing EDS’ strategy for providing innovative ITO and BPO solutions in the insurance sector) and is now Insurance Partner at Atos Consulting
