Heads the Enabling Technology practice within Atos Consulting. The practice comprises some 120 consultants who specialise in IT Governance and Management, and Programme Management. Andy is himself an experienced Programme Manager, who combines practice leadership with the management of large client programmes.
He has over 30 years experience in IT, ranging from purely technical to management and commercial roles, and some 15 years experience in Programme Management. He is a proven director of large public sector programmes. He managed the Customer Conversion Centre, the largest part of the DWP Payment Modernisation Programme, which won the 2006 MCA Gold Award for successful outsourcing in the public sector.
