Experience

His primary skills are in the application of lean thinking and has applied this experience to a range of value streams and patient pathways including aircraft turnaround and cataract operations. He has worked in USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Greece and more recently Cyprus.

His early work was as an engineer but soon transferred his operational skills to project management and then consultancy.
