- Cost Reduction is critical: finance must set the bar within the organisation for cost efficiency and effectiveness underpinned by clarity of organisation and the use of best practice processes and systems. Finance is then well positioned to drive cost reduction and ensure optimised cost management throughout the whole organisation they serve.
