Our value

We employ ninety People and Change professionals in our European centre of excellence. This include thirty professionals from our UK People and Change consulting practice as well as consultants from France, the Netherlands and Germany. Our consultants have practical change and people management experience gained through working in both industry and consulting.

 

In 2010, we were awarded two MCA Gold awards for best overall Public Sector and International Project for our work with the Global Fund. Atos Consulting established optimum policies and processes across HR, training, finance, administration, procurement and IT services to build the new organisation.

In 2009 we won two MCA Gold awards – for “Operational Performance in the Public Sector” and “Best Public Sector Project: South Central Strategic Health Authority”, and in 2008 our work with VOSA ensured we were finalists for the MCA Change Management award.
